To give us your testimony please fill in the information below.
If you have received a physical healing, please include the diagnosis, when the
illness or injury began, for how long it existed (days, months, years?), doctors
statements and/or medical records before and after healing
(these can be sent via regular mail).
If it is a very profound miracle such as the healing of blindness, or lameness
and can walk, please consider sending us a videotape of your testimony.
Be sure to include the source of grace - was it Maranatha Spring Water, Lake of
Tears, Blessing Point, Relic of Blessed Mother's Strand of Hair, St. Michael
Shrine, etc.
