I heard snoring coming from someone in the chapel. When I looked up I saw St. Thomas Aquinas. I started to scold him for falling asleep in front of the Blessed Sacrament. He turned to me – winked and said: “I am showing you with what detachment some attend Mass. They believe their presence at Mass is itself enough. Their hearts and minds are a thousand miles away. Jesus desires that hearts be attentive to the Love He gives at each Mass.”
