“Today I have come to ask you to pray for fortitude which lends itself to inner strength in the face of trials. Fortitude enables the soul to push forward unflinchingly despite obstacles and misfortune. The Ministry here – its mere existence – is a witness to the fortitude of many, including your own. Fortitude is like a stubborn patient courage – an unwillingness to surrender to defeat. Without the virtue of fortitude, the Ministry would not be standing today and would not continue to burgeon forth tomorrow.”

“Pray this way:”

“Lord, send forth Your Spirit and ask Him to place the gift of fortitude in my heart. Through this grace of fortitude, help me to be patient in the face of all trials and difficulties. Give me the courage through fortitude to press on amidst every difficulty. Amen.”
