He should always try to please God first, and neighbor second. In so doing, the worthy leader never looks towards his own gain. He would never misuse his authority as a means of control or material gain.”

“In standing always for the truth, a good leader does not safeguard his reputation through compromise. He regards the welfare of those under his authority as his genuine responsibility, and never tries to hide the truth behind false pretenses. Therefore, he has no hidden agenda.”

“In humility, a worthy leader recognizes his place before God, and seeks God's help always.”
