But I invite you to comprehend that not the least event occurs outside of God's Ordaining Will, Permitting Will, or Providing Will. My Father knows the path of every insect, animal of the earth, and creature of the air. Every drop of water in the oceans obeys His command. The clouds that pass by the sun are ordered by Him. The moon and the stars are placed according to His Will.”
